By creating an account or making a booking on Afghan Bus, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Afghan Bus is a marketplace connecting passengers with licensed bus operators. We facilitate bookings, payments, and communication. Actual transportation is provided by independent operators, not by Afghan Bus directly.

A booking is confirmed when payment is successfully processed. We hold your seat for 12 minutes during checkout.

Prices are set by operators and shown clearly before payment. Afghan Bus adds a small service fee that is also displayed before checkout.

You can cancel free of charge up to 2 hours before departure. Partial refunds may be available within 2 hours of departure, depending on the operator policy.

If an operator cancels a trip, you receive a full refund automatically plus a free seat on the next available departure.

Passengers must present a valid Tazkira and their boarding QR code at the terminal. Arrive at least 30 minutes before departure. Operators may refuse boarding to passengers who arrive after gate closing.

You may not use Afghan Bus to: book seats for resale, create false accounts, attempt to bypass payment, or harass operators or other users. Violations may result in account suspension.

Afghan Bus is not liable for delays, cancellations, lost luggage, accidents, or other incidents caused by operators. We are liable only for issues directly caused by our platform (e.g. double-booking due to platform error). Operators carry their own passenger insurance.

Disputes are first handled by our customer support team. If unresolved, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Kabul courts under Afghan law.

We may modify these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
